Branded Communications

As part of the Direct Debit process ‘Advance Notices’ and ‘Confirmation Letters’ need to be emailed to your customers at the point of signup and when the collection value or date changes.

GoCardless send these on your behalf from ‘noreply@gocardless.com’ while London & Zurich send emails from donotreply@landz.co.uk.

These unbranded email accounts often mean the critical communication is missed or ends up in a spam folder. Direct Debit Pro will brand the email domain inline with your business, so it looks like any other email you send them.

Product/Subscription Manager

Having the ability to create a Direct Debit sign up page that also contains the product or subscription details is hugely beneficial. It provides your customers with a clear and transparent sign up journey whilst saving you time having to add collection schedules to the newly signed up customers.

Whilst GoCardless and ourselves offer very similar functionality, there is a big difference in the details. Unlike any other provider, you will be able to create products/subscription plans and assign them to sites and then report on its success.

Card Payments

Access Paysuite along with ourselves give you the ability to use the reliability and low cost of Direct Debit along side the speed and flexibility of cards. Both solutions offer card acceptance online but there are differences.

Whilst Access Paysuite have bolted on some card functionality into its DDCMS product, Direct Debit Pro was built from the ground up with Card functionality.

Therefore Subscription plans can be setup to use Card or Direct Debit or a blend of both with simply easy reporting.
